Jessica Sophir has been an "In The Weeds" kind of tech since 1998. Her experiences range from computer and related electronics sales, phone support, and on-site support and whose resume includes, but is not limited to, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, The University of Nebraska Lincoln, and Omaha/Douglas County Technology Commission. Having a journalism background that required her to use the creative centers in her brain and the work experience in IT to build technical skills, she can both fix your problem and explain it to you in non-technical, straight forward language.
