*For remote rescue or screen sharing sessions, I use crossloop. It is a free program that allows a tech to take control of a user's PC (with their permission of course) over the internet to help resolve issues in a timely manner. This is a viable option for situations where either the problem can be solved without the need of on-site service, or the concern is of an immediate nature and needs to be resolved as quickly as possible.
